I want to be buried with my pasta maker... thats how much love I have for it.
So, after I made the cannoli cake, I had tons of cannoli filling leftover. I decided to make real cannolis. I made the cannoli shell's, this was a job in a half, I don't think I will be frying my own shells again haha. But they came out very nice.
